Fongo Sets to Launch

Fongo Inc., a developer of mobile applications for free calls, is set to launch with closing of a round of financing.

Fongo Inc. is a division of Fibernetics, the provider of Freephoneline.ca service.

Fibernetics has reportedly acquired LiveHive Systems Inc. with LiveHive’s management team, including Dave Bullock, CEO and Jean-Pierre Bhavnani, CTO, joining Fongo and running Fongo.

TechCapital Partners-backed LiveHive Systems will continue to operate, separately from Fibernetics.
