DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. today announced the closing of a $22 million major round of financing led by Expansion Capital Partners. NGEN Partners, Apex Venture Partners, Export Development Canada (EDC), and North Sky Capital, joined Expansion in the new round.
In conjunction with the financing, Diana Propper de Callejon, General Partner of Expansion, has joined DIRTT’s board of directors.
Proceeds from the financing will be used to establish DIRTT’s new manufacturing facility for modular walls in Phoenix, Arizona. The plant is expected to be fully operational by the summer of 2011.
