BTI Systems Inc., a provider of intelligent packet optical infrastructure and content aware networking solutions, has closed a US $23 million round of financing led by new investor, Bain Capital Ventures.
In conjunction with the financing, Michael Krupka and Deepak Sindwani, Managing Director and Principal of Bain Capital Ventures respectively, have joined BTI Systems board of directors.
Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP acted as counsel for BTI Systems.
BTI Systems existing investors include BDC Venture Capital,VenGrowth II Investment Fund, Kodiak Venture Partners, Fujitsu Network Communications Inc., Export Development Canada/EDC Equity, and GrowthWorks Canadian Fund.
